Unisex All-Mountain Twin Tip
The Prodigy 1 mirrors the shape of the best-selling Prodigy 2: our award-winning elliptical sidecut unlocks effortless turn initiation at any speed, and the full strength sidewalls deliver rip-roaring edge hold. Compared to the Prodigy 2 this ski is 10mm narrower underfoot, for precise handling in the park and on-piste. The Prodigy 1’s core is also unique to the family: the poplar wood is bolstered by ash wood, yielding serious strength to withstand heavy hits. Since last season, we’ve added a carbon/rubber stomp pad to absorb vibration from those hits, too.

Ski Shape: Directional twin - A considerably skinnier tail width than in the tip provides ultimate downhill performance for attacking the mountain. A twin tip in the tail encourages playfulness and freestyle attitude, meaning you can ride switch with ease.

Mustache Flex - The "Mustache Flex" offers stability underfoot for solid edge hold, with a smooth, progressive flex in the tips and tails to easily absorb all the different bumps and snow debris the mountain throws at you.

Base: Sintered UHMW Base
Edges: XL 2.5mm Edges – Fractions of a millimeter might not sound like much, but when it comes to edges, it adds up. The 2.5mm edges add an extra 25% of height to Faction's standard 2mm edge, making for a stronger and more durable ski.
