International deliveries
We ship around the world, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hong Kong (rates available at checkout). Surcharges may apply if the box dimensions, weight, or remoteness of the delivery address are exceptional. Rates for other countries are subject to change. We do not ship to Hotels. 35 USD$ for Oversized (Skis and Snowboards no longer than 190 cm)
We do not ship to the United States outside the mainland. Additional charges will apply on orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Surcharges may apply if the box size, weight, or distance of the shipping address are exceptional.
U.S. Orders are shipped With UPS or USPS. Boutique Adrenaline will choose best delivery service at time of shipping.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders to the US are shipped with import duties pre-paid. The duties are calculated, displayed & collected during the checkout process to avoid import fees at the front door. Please note that these fees cover import tariffs and do not cover any local sales tax that could apply.
Note that because Duties are collected by the U.S. Border protection service, they are not refundable.
Buyers in other destinations are responsible for checking with their authorities in advance for any associated import, customs or VAT fees that may apply to the purchase.
Boutique Adrenaline cannot mark items as a "gift" or of lesser value than the value paid.
Availability outside of Canada
Due to agreements with the manufacturer, some products cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
If you place an order that includes one or more products which cannot be delivered to your destination, we will inform you, will remove those items and deliver the rest."

We can deliver orders under $250.00 to PO Boxes. You must provide a full address for larger orders.
U.S.
We do not ship to PO Boxes located in the United States
In-store pickups
Whom?
Quebec customers have the option of picking up their orders in store at no charge.
When?
You can pick up your order during the store's opening hours once you receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pickup.
Orders are usually assembled the same day, but sometimes the time frame is a little longer due to audits or inventory.

Mail services used
We generally use the Canada Post shipping services. Other services such as Purolator, UPS or FedEX may also be used depending on the most suitable option for each individual order.
Order preparation
Orders are prepared Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (ET), excluding holidays.
We do our best to ship orders received before 1:00 pm the same day.
Orders received on weekends, holidays or after hours will be shipped the next business day.
While our goal is to ship your order the same day, please allow 1-2 days during busy periods such as sales or holidays.
Preparation time may vary depending on the availability of the merchandise.
Please note that the type of delivery service you choose does not affect the preparation time of your order.
Delivery time
The shipping time indicated for each service is calculated from the time the package leaves our shipping department until it reaches its destination.
We do our best to get your order to you quickly. However, delivery times are approximate and your order may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal congestion, misplacement of packages, theft, etc...
Receipt of parcels & non-deliverable shipments
Courier services usually deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You are responsible for providing us with a valid delivery address as well as ensuring receipt of your package. If for any reason the package is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was refused at the destination, we will have to cancel the order. A restocking fee equivalent to the value of the shipping costs incurred by the store will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Parcel tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive by email a shipping confirmation that contains, among other things, the tracking number that allows you to track the progress of your package.
Damage during shipping
It is rare for our products to suffer damage during shipping. If necessary, report it to us immediately by following the following steps: 1. If it is a delivery with signature, note the damage found on the delivery note before signing the receipt. 2. Keep the packaging as you received it. 3. Contact us immediately by email, without forgetting to specify the web order number and a description of the damaged products accompanied by photos.
Lost & Stolen packages
At Boutique Adrenaline, our commitment to excellent service includes ensuring that your orders are shipped promptly and handled with care. However, please be aware that our responsibility for your package ends once it is delivered to the doorstep of the supplied address. This means that after delivery is confirmed, Boutique Adrenaline is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
To provide an extra layer of security and peace of mind, we highly recommend opting for our 'Signature Required' shipping option. This service ensures that your package is only handed over upon a signature, significantly reducing the risk of your items being lost or stolen after delivery. We encourage customers who are concerned about the security of their deliveries to choose this option for added protection.
