What is under warranty?

Warranty policies vary greatly depending on the type of product and the manufacturer. Generally these guarantee that their products do not have manufacturing defects and that they satisfactorily withstand normal use. We sell a multitude of products at the Boutique Adrenaline Shop. Check the manufacturer's website for information regarding your product-specific warranty policy.

What is excluded from warranties?

As a general rule, warranties do not cover: Normal wear and tear, problems resulting from impact, misuse, abuse or negligence. Among other things, aesthetic problems, bumps or chips due to the crossing of skis or ski hooks in the lift lines or elsewhere are not covered.

Who decides if my claim will be covered?

Warranties are assumed by the manufacturers: replacement, credit or repair are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Boutique Adrenaline Shop is here to assist you, advise you and facilitate your claims process with the manufacturer. That being said, Boutique Adrenaline relies on the rules and warranty policies in effect at each manufacturer, who will make all warranty decisions.

What is the procedure for making a claim?

By sending us a few photos and a description of the problem, they will be faster to do the required pre-checks with the manufacturer to confirm if the problem is indeed covered, making it easier to start the claims process.

1. Notify us as soon as you notice the problem.
2. Items must be clean
3. Make sure you have proof of purchase.
4. Take pictures that illustrate the problem.

Who pays for transport?

If applicable, the costs of transporting goods during exchanges or warranty evaluation (round trip) must be paid by the customer. Some products should be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation. It is possible that it will decide against you. Boutique Adrenaline is not responsible for the result of this decision taken by the manufacturer. In this case too, the costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does the whole process take?

To the extent that the manufacturer decides to honor the warranty by replacing the product, the round trip can take up to six (6) weeks for shipments made in Quebec and up to eight (8) weeks for shipments outside Quebec.
