Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product ordered, it is possible to return it for a refund.

Eligibility period

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
For Christmas purchases, return requests must be made before January 10th.

Process

All return requests must be made online. Before returning a product you must contact our customer service at shop@boutiqueadrenaline.com and obtain a return number (RN#). No returns will be accepted without this number. Your return number will then be valid for a period of 10 days; No refunds will be issued after this period.

Excluded items

Products on clearance (30% off or more) are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not exchangeable or refundable. You may find some lesser reduced items to be final sale. This will be clearly indicated

Condition of items

Items must be returned to us in new condition with original tags attached to the item as they were originally sent out. No exceptions. Items must be clean, odorless and free of pet hair. The final decision as to whether or not the item is considered new is at the discretion of the Adrenaline Boutique.

Packaging

Items must be returned in safe and appropriate packaging that protects the original packaging from damage. A restocking fee may apply for damaged packaging.

Return shipping charges

Boutique Adrénaline will pay the return shipping cost if an item is received damaged or if there was a mistake in the order (e.g. if you receive something other than what you ordered) In all other cases the shipping cost for the return of a product is at your expense.

US/ International returns

Note that because  Duties are collected by the U.S. Border protection service when you place an order, they are not refundable.

When returning merchandise: All duties and import fees including the shipping cost must be paid in advance and are the customer's expense. A customs declaration form needs to be filled out to ensure proper delivery of the package (check with your delivery service). 

Select "Returned Goods" (or similar) as item category. You will need to provide the actual value of the item and a description of the contents. Choice of delivery service company is yours, but we strongly recommend the use of USPS to our US customers as they have the lowest processing fees.

Any parcel returned where fees need to be paid by Boutique Adrenaline will be refused.

Insurance

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackeable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Time limits for return

The return authorization is valid for a period of 10 days. If we receive the item more than 10 days after the return number is issued, we may refuse the refund or a restocking fee may apply

In-store returns

If you prefer, you may also drop off the item at the store during normal business hours. Please make sure that you respect all conditions listed above and that you have your RA number on hand.

Please note that refunds cannot be given on the spot. The item will be inspected by a customer service representative on the next business day and a refund will be issued at that time.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the payment method used at the time of purchase. Only the purchase price and taxes are refunded. You should be aware that the initial shipping charges will not be refunded when returning an item.

US/International Refunds

Refunds apply to the merchandise only.
Shipping and Duties are not refunded.

Restocking fees

The Adrenaline Store reserves the right to charge a restocking fee if the item or its original packaging is returned damaged or if the return time greatly exceeds the time allowed for the return of the item.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges.

Why?
Exchanges have a very high shipping cost. Most of the time, we can get you the right size the first time and we're willing to do whatever it takes to get it right. If you feelunsure of the size at the time nof purchase, feel free to jump on the message board and talk to one of our experts for guidance. This will greatly increase the chances of getting the right size the first time!

One thing

If you wish to exchange, we recommend that you place a new order for the size you wish to exchange and return the size that does not fit for a refund. Make sure you have a #RA before you start the process and note that return shipping is always at the customer's expense.
