Final sales
CLEARANCE items (30% off or more) are considered a final sale. No returns, refunds, exchanges or credits can be applied. Final sale items are clearly marked.
In some cases, an item may be returned for a restocking fee equivalent to the total shipping costs incurred by the adrenaline store plus $10. In this case, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
All U.S. and international Orders are final sales. No return or refunds
Preorders
Preordering allows you to reserve some very popular items that may be hard to find in stores once they are delivered by the manufacturer at the beginning of the season. Deposits for the full value of the product +taxes and shipping (if applicable) are needed. We deliver preorders on a priority basis as soon as the manufacturer sends us their inventory. However, we have no control over the arrival of these stocks. It is possible that a manufacturer fails to deliver all the stock ordered. This situation is beyond our control and our responsibility is limited to refunding your deposit. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable. If you change your mind after placing a preorder, your deposit will be converted into a credit towards another purchase in the store.
Security and fraud
Boutique Adrénaline reserves the right to cancel any order for which it deems the billing address, delivery address or credit information invalid.
In this case, copies of supporting documents, such as a driver's license with address or credit card, may be required.
Promotional codes, discounts and coupons
Our website only accepts one promotional code per order. Therefore, offers linked to promotional codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon can be applied per order. All advertised discounts apply to the regular price of selected merchandise only. Discounts apply to in-stock merchandise only. Some brands are not eligible to discounts.
Out of stock items
We do our best to keep our web inventory up-to-date. If by any error, the item you ordered is discontinued, we will notify you by email. The cancellation will be made to your original order and we will refund you using your original payment method. Items are reserved only when you finalize your purchase. No item left in your shopping cart can be guaranteed for a later date. If the item you want is sold out before you can finalize your purchase, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your cart.
Lowest price policy
Before you buy
If you find an authorized Canadian retailer with a lower price in store, online or in print, we will offer you that item for less. Let us know which competitor offers the lowest price and we will check the price and availability for immediate sale and delivery of the product.
The conditions are as follows:
The item must be the same make and model, color and size as the product purchased. The item must be in Canada. It must be new and still in its packaging and subject to the manufacturer's canadian warranties. It must be offered for sale by an authorized seller in Canada. The competitive price must be in Canadian dollars and adjusted for existing fees, taxes and other charges such as shipping. The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to advertising or printing errors, Black Friday prices, Cyber Monday prices, post-Christmas sales, restricted offers, mail-in offers, discounts, coupons, premiums, free or special offers, limited time and quantity offers, clearance or clearance sales, sales and special financing offers. The terms of the Lowest Price Guarantee are subject to change without notice.

How can I take advantage of the lowest price guarantee for my item?
Before making your purchase, get in touch at shop@boutiqueadrenaline.com. We will verify our competitor's price and help you pay less for your purchase.
Do shipping costs affect price matching?
Shipping costs are taken into consideration when establishing the effective final price under the Lowest Price Guarantee. For example, if we sell a jacket for $250 and a competitor offers it for $230 but also charges $25 for shipping while we offer free shipping, the competitor's actual price will be $255, which is higher than our $250 price. In this case, this jacket would not be entitled to our lowest price guarantee, as our price would already be the lowest.
What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has a limited quantity?
Retailers sometimes advertise a limited quantity item. Unfortunately, if the item is out of stock or if the competitor has indicated that the item is in limited quantity, the item will not qualify for our lowest price guarantee. Similarly, if we sell an item that is advertised as limited quantity, the price of the item cannot be reduced.
Do you match promotional gift offers with purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot match the price of offers that include a promotional gift with purchase.
What is your pricing adjustment policy?
We do not re-adjust the pricing of your past purchases to match those of our clearance events such as Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday Sale, Post-Christmas/Boxing Day Sale, etc.
No pricing adjustments will be made on items that are part of these promotions: Neither ours nor our competitors.
Adjustments are subject to approval at the time of purchase.
