We would like to introduce you to Phaenom ski boots as they are a new, innovative brand launched by Full Stack Supply Co., the same company behind Faction Skis. It's extremely rare for a new brand to come in into an established ski boot market with the huge start up cost to do so but Phaenom have made a strong impression since their soft launch at the end of last season, particularly for their performance-driven design and sustainability focus.

The concept
Some standout features include a hybrid "cabrio" design that offers a linear flex pattern, giving skiers consistent feel and rebound throughout turns, contributing to both comfort and stability. The boots also boast an innovative power strap made from a recyclable material that enhances shock absorption and flex control, making them amazing for freestyle and freeride skiing.
Phaenom's emphasis on sustainability is very interesting. The boots are designed for easy disassembly, meaning all parts can be replaced or recycled, which extends their lifespan. The liner incorporates 50% recycled fabric, and even the EVA sole is made from 50% bio-based materials, allowing for comfort while also doubling as a slipper for indoor use.
Currently, Phaenom offers two main collections: the FS (Freestyle) and FR (Freeride) models, with flex ratings ranging from 90 to 130. They're engineered to perform at high speeds while maintaining comfort, with adjustable forward lean and GripWalk soles for better walking capability. Sizes range from 23.5 to 28.5, with more sizes expected in future seasons.
