Warranty submission

Warranty Policy

Every new product sold by Boutique Adrénaline is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing defects — they do not cover normal wear or damage from use. Boutique Adrénaline acts as a middleman to help and ease your claim, but the manufacturer makes all warranty decisions (replacement, credit or repair, at their discretion).

Who decides? Warranties are honored by the manufacturers: replacement, credit or repair are at their discretion. Boutique Adrénaline relies on each manufacturer's policy and is not responsible for their decision. Shipping: unless otherwise arranged with the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to Boutique Adrénaline. If the claim is approved, Boutique Adrénaline covers the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item (shipping within Canada only). Outside expenses: any expenses stemming from a warranty situation (lift tickets, rental fees, mounting, part installs) are covered neither by Boutique Adrénaline nor by the manufacturer. Parts repairs: if an approved claim can be resolved with parts, those are sent first; if needed, we place a parts request with the manufacturer. Timelines: if the manufacturer honors the warranty with a replacement, the round trip can take up to six (6) weeks within Quebec and eight (8) weeks outside Quebec.

Before submitting a claim, follow these steps — they will save you time.

Step 1 — Is your issue covered?

Policies vary by manufacturer; check their website for your product's specific policy. As a general rule:

Generally covered (manufacturing defect)
  • Skis / snowboards / wakeboards: delamination (topsheet, base, edge, tip, tail) with no visible damage — layers separate cleanly, free of impact.
  • Apparel & textiles: stitching separation / seam failure.
  • Bindings / hardware: a part breaking with no sign of impact or over-tightening.
Not covered
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Impact damage: delamination with scrapes, gouges, cracked or bent edges.
  • Improper use, abuse or neglect (boxes, rails, rock damage, etc.).
  • Cosmetic issues: topsheet chipping or peeling, edge rust.
  • Bumps or chips from skis crossing or snagging in lift lines.
  • Ripped, cut or abraded fabric.
  • Boot damage from the board rest while riding the lift.

If your issue is in the "not covered" column, a claim is unlikely to succeed.

Step 2 — Does your brand handle warranties directly?

Some manufacturers handle claims directly with the customers. If your product is made by one of these brands, click the link and follow the manufacturer's instructions:

For all other brands, go to Step 3.

Step 3 — Prepare your claim

To speed up pre-checks with the manufacturer:

  1. Notify us as soon as you notice the problem.
  2. Gather all relevant information.
  3. Have your proof of purchase (order number) ready.
  4. Take clear photos that show the problem well.

Step 4 — Submit your claim by filling out the form

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days & will contact you with further instructions as next steps vary by manufacturer. Please be patient as warranty issues can take a considerable amount of time to resolve.
