Do I need to trim the Nomad Pro skins to fit my board?
No. The Nomad Pro Splitboard Skins come pre-cut in 9 sizes matched to specific Jones splitboard models. No trimming required: look up your board in the Skin Group Size Chart (groups A through I) and order the matching group.
How do I find the right pre-cut size for my board?
Use the Skin Group Size Chart (groups A–I). Examples: Group A covers Women's Dream Weaver 2.0 and Women's Solution Splitboard; Group C covers Hovercraft 2.0 and Ultralight Butterfly; Group G covers Men's Frontier 2.0 in wide sizes. Match your board model and length to your group, each group corresponds to one pre-cut skin size.
How are the Nomad Pro skins different from the standard Nomad Splitboard Skins?
Same 70% mohair / 30% nylon fiber blend and the same pre-cut 9-size format. The Nomad Pro adds an explicit PFAS-free certification (made without PFAS), includes a universal tip clip, and uses the Rubber Safer backing for improved adhesion. The standard Nomad is the classic option without those upgrades.
Will these skins perform in wet, heavy spring snow?
Yes. The Ever Dry (bluesign approved) anti-glopping treatment prevents ice and snow buildup in wet conditions. Glide Tech coating reduces friction on each fiber in both cold and wet snow.
