Product Description

The Airheart 2.0 is Jones's dedicated tool for advanced women who ride hard and ride everywhere. Built on a directional twin platform with true camber running tip-to-tail, it delivers locked-in carving precision and explosive pop in equal measure. Koroyd aerospace dampening keeps the ride smooth at full speed, while the Boost Core triple-density woodcore and Bcomp Carbon Flax Stringer maintain snap and composure across every pitch.

Product Details

Rocker Type True Camber: continuous camber tip-to-tail for maximum energy, dynamic pop, and locked-in stability at speed.
Flex 4 / 5 (Med-Stiff)
Shape Directional Twin with Progressive Sidecut. Taper: 0 mm (symmetric tip and tail widths).
Core Boost Core: triple-density Bamboo, Paulownia, and Poplar woodcore. Bamboo stringers centered for durability, pop, and torsion. Paulownia provides lightness and vibration dampening · Koroyd®: synthetic aerospace-grade dampening material integrated directly into the woodcore. Absorbs vibrations and reduces tip swing weight.
Laminates Triax Fiberglass: triple-layer, multi-axis fiberglass delivering mid-stiff torsional flex for precision and power in variable conditions · Bcomp Carbon Flax Stringer: carbon and flax stringer developed with Swiss engineering firm Bcomp. Carbon delivers pop; flax absorbs vibrations and reduces CO2 versus an all-carbon stringer.
Sidewalls Recycled ABS: 100% recycled ABS sidewalls with rounded finish to reduce chipping.
Base Sintered 8000 Base: ultra-fast sintered base, highly wax-absorbent and easy to repair.
Edges Recycled Edges: recycled German steel edges for maximum robustness and durability.
Topsheet Premium Eco Topsheet: bio-plastic (castor oil) construction, durable and scratch-resistant, with reduced environmental impact.
Additional Features Medium 3D Contour Base: 4 mm spoon bevel at the nose, 0–4 mm at the tail, reducing friction at tip and tail inspired by surfboard hull design · Medium Traction Tech: medium-level serrations along the running length for improved edge grip · Durabond Bio-Epoxy [27]: bio-sourced epoxy with 27% plant-based carbon content, delivering 33% less CO2 than conventional petrochemical epoxy, used on 100% of Jones boards.

Airheart 2.0 Womens Snowboard 2027 FAQ

Is the Women's Airheart 2.0 for advanced riders, or is it accessible to a progressing intermediate?

The Airheart 2.0 is built for advanced women riders who push hard on groomers, stomp airs, and want precision across the whole mountain. The 4/5 med-stiff flex and full camber profile reward commitment and edge pressure. It is not a forgiving intro board. A strong intermediate can ride it, but she will have to work harder than on a softer all-mountain option.

Will the med-stiff flex feel manageable all day long?

Yes. The Boost Core (Bamboo + Paulownia + Poplar) keeps the board lightweight despite its 4/5 rating, and Koroyd dampening absorbs vibration so it does not feel harsh on choppy snow. The flex is lively and energetic rather than dead-stiff. It flexes under real input and snaps back quickly. Riders who like speed and dynamic riding will find it energizing rather than exhausting.

Can I ride the Airheart 2.0 switch?

Yes. The Airheart 2.0 is a directional twin with zero taper, so nose and tail share the same shape and the stance is centered. The High Camber profile maintains consistent edge contact in both directions. It is purpose-built for riders who want to charge regular and switch with equal confidence and no trade-off to either direction.

What does Koroyd actually add in real riding conditions?

Koroyd is an aerospace-derived dampening material integrated directly into the Boost Core. It absorbs the micro-vibrations that build at speed on hard-pack and groomed runs, reducing fatigue over a full day of charging. It also cuts tip swing weight, making the Airheart 2.0 feel snappier and easier to initiate through turns than its med-stiff flex rating suggests.

How does edge hold compare to softer women's boards?

Significantly better. The True Camber profile maintains contact from contact point to contact point with no rocker interruption, loading energy into the edge across the full arc of every turn. The Triax Fiberglass (triple-layer, multi-axis) ensures torsional rigidity so the edge does not flex away under pressure. On firm snow the Airheart 2.0 grips with authority a softer board simply cannot match.

Are there Wide sizes available for riders with larger foot sizes?

The Airheart 2.0 comes in standard widths only, with waist widths from 23.6 cm (143 cm size) to 24.4 cm (155 cm size). These are suited to women's US boot 5 through 10. There are no Big Horn Wide sizes in this model's range. The per-size boot guidance in the size table can help confirm fit if you are near a width boundary.
