Product Description
When the resort ropes drop and side-country powder beckons, The Navigator answers. Its parabolic sidecut bites into every arc while the radical tapered tail sinks naturally through untracked snow, letting the wide rockered nose float above the chaos. The Hover Core keeps things light and lively, Technora Flax Boosters add snap and dampening, and the HyperDrive sintered base keeps pace with every line you choose. From resort groomers to untouched faces, this is the one-quiver compass.

The Navigator Snowboard 2027 FAQ
What makes this such a good all-around powder board?
The core is lightweight paulownia and poplar wrapped in aramid and flax fiber reinforcements. The nose rocks up and widens, the tail tapers narrower and sinks. On the Navigator, that combo floats you above deep snow while the tapered tail digs in slightly, centering your weight so you can carve and accelerate through pow without tiring.
How playful is this board on the mountain?
Flex is medium — snappy and responsive but forgiving. The hybrid camber profile has raised inserts for edge hold and float, plus curved tip and tail arcs that snap into turns. On the Navigator, you get quick edge-to-edge pop and easy recovery, making it fun to link turns in tight trees or push through chop.
Is this a one-board quiver, or does it need a partner?
It's powder-primary with strong resort and groomer performance. On the Navigator, you'll absolutely rip powder days and hold your own on groomers, but if you're splitting park and hardpack regularly, a second board would round you out.
How does the directional shape change the ride compared to twin boards?
The directional shaping has a 0.8 inch setback, putting your stance further back over the wider, more floaty nose. The tail is radical-tapered for easier sinking. On the Navigator, that means the front end stays up in deep snow and choppy terrain, while the back end stays connected — directional boards reward riders who commit to a forward-facing stance.
