Measure your foot length in mm and match it to the mondo size in the size table. A US men's 8 / women's 9 foot (257-266 mm) fits mondo 26/26.5. The last width at that size is 100 mm, scaling 2 mm per half-size. Mondo sizing removes the guesswork of street-shoe conversion.
Will these fit my wide feet or am I going to have toe pain all day?
The fs 02 110 runs a 100 mm last at mondo 26.5, which is a genuine medium volume. The toe box is mid-volume by design. If you need something wider, the last scales to 106 mm at mondo 29.5, but genuinely wide feet (102 mm+) may still need a shell punch.

The liner has a Shock Absorbing Sole — can I actually walk around in it off the slopes?
