What is different between the Prodigy 2 Capsule and the regular Prodigy 2?
The Prodigy 2 Capsule is built on the same platform as the standard Prodigy 2 — 98 mm waist, Directional Twin, Elliptical Sidecut, Poplar core, flex 7, Carbon/Rubber Stomp Pad — with a limited-edition topsheet designed by artist Elsa Grace for her Prodigy Capsule residency. The Capsule version offers 5 sizes (159 to 183 cm) instead of 6; the 189 cm is not available in Capsule.

Yes. The Prodigy 2 Capsule is Faction's best-selling all-mountain ski with park DNA, in a limited-edition graphic. The 98 mm waist keeps it quick on hardpack, the Poplar core delivers pop and butter responsiveness, and the Carbon/Rubber Stomp Pad absorbs vibration underfoot. It suits intermediate to advanced skiers who want creative riding across all terrain.
Does the Capsule graphic affect durability or construction quality?
No. The Prodigy 2 Capsule uses the same XL 2.5 mm edges (25% thicker than standard), Carbon/Rubber Stomp Pad, and Poplar core as the standard Prodigy 2. The matt topsheet carries the Elsa Grace artwork but the underlying construction is identical. Durability is the same as the non-Capsule model.
What sizes are available?
The Prodigy 2 Capsule comes in 159 cm (1600 g/ski), 165 cm (1660 g/ski), 171 cm (1750 g/ski), 177 cm (1810 g/ski), and 183 cm (1860 g/ski). For an all-mountain freestyle ski, chin to nose height is the standard reference. Park-focused or lighter riders size down; taller, heavier, or speed-oriented riders go longer.
Do bindings come included?
No, the Prodigy 2 Capsule ships flat without bindings. The drill spec is 4.1 x 9 mm, compatible with standard adult alpine bindings. Three mounting positions are available: Newschool (+3 cm), Progressive (+1.5 cm), and Classic (factory line).
