The collar and upper body of the Tech Fleece Jacket are layered with nylon fabric over the polar fleece base. That panel adds wind and abrasion resistance right where a jacket takes the most contact and exposure, shoulders, chest, and neck, while the rest of the body stays soft brushed fleece.
Why does this jacket cost more than the Half Snap Fleece or the joggers?
The Tech Fleece Jacket adds a nylon-layered collar and upper body on top of the same 100% Recycled Polyester polar fleece base, plus zipped waist pockets and a drawstring hem. That extra layer of technical fabric and closure hardware is the main difference driving the higher price versus the simpler joggers or half-snap piece.
Is the fit relaxed or fitted on this jacket?
It's cut in a relaxed fit, giving you room to layer a base or midlayer underneath without feeling restrictive through the shoulders and body.
