The Beyond Medals Division 2L Winter Jacket pairs a two layer recycled polyester shell with light targeted insulation (40g/m3 body, 20g/m3 sleeves) for warmth without bulk. A 15,000mm waterproof rating, fully taped seams and a PFC free DWR finish shrug off wet snow, while underarm mesh vents and a two way adjustable detachable hood dial in comfort lap after lap. Built loose and stretchy for riders who move fast and dress for the mountain, not the mirror.

Is the hood removable if I don't want it?
Yes, the hood is detachable and has two-way adjustment when in use, so you can take it off entirely for a cleaner look or when riding with a helmet that doesn't need extra coverage, then reattach it for stormy days.
Is this jacket warm enough for cold days?
It has light padding, 40g/m3 in the body and 20g/m3 in the sleeves, giving it a bit more warmth than a fully unpadded shell without the bulk of a heavy insulated jacket. It's built for average winter temperatures with a base layer, not extreme cold on its own.
Will snow get in at my waist when I fall?
