Backland Fr Sqs Ski Poles

The Atomic Backland FR SQS is a telescopic ski pole to go with our Bent Chetler and Backland skis.

Just like his ski namesake, it’s been designed and developed with the help of freeski legend Chris Benchetler. A good freeride pole needs to keep you light, nimble and focused on the job. So it’s made from lightweight aluminum alloy, with an all-new ergonomic grip that won’t slip and an 85mm powder basket for better floatation. It comes with the Atomic SQS safety release system which instantly releases the strap under tension to prevent injuries. It also has a handy built-in ski-binding screwdriver for adjustments and repairs on the move. The pole has a carbide tip to protect against rocks and trees, and you can use the Power Lock to adjust it from 110cm to 130cm.
