Product Description

Built for riders who demand more room to move without giving up a millimetre of control, the K2 Maysis Wide delivers the trusted Maysis performance platform in a wider last. Its H5 Coiler/M+2 dual-BOA® system zones in independently across upper and lower shell, while the Intuition™ Control Foam 3D Liner molds precisely to leg, ankle, and foot over a single heat session. At flex 7/10, it holds its edge-to-edge authority from first chair to last. For all-mountain chargers with wider feet who refuse to compromise.

Maysis Wide Snowboard Boots 2027 FAQ

Are these boots specifically designed for wide feet?

Yes. The Maysis Wide features a wide last that gives your foot extra room across the mid-foot and forefoot, compared to standard versions. On these boots, that roomier shape combines with the dual BOA fit system to lock down your heel and midfoot securely without pinching your wider toe box, so you get support without compromise.

How does the dual BOA dial system work?

Two separate dials let you tighten the upper and lower boot independently. The H5 Coiler dial on top is impact-resistant: if you take a hard slam, it ejects automatically and clicks back in just as easily. On the Maysis Wide, you get zonal control over heel retention and forefoot fit without having to loosen the whole boot, plus that safety feature means you're not stuck if the dial gets bumped in the park or on the mountain.

What keeps these boots comfortable day after day?

The liner is made from heat-moldable Intuition foam in medium and high-density zones that forms to your exact leg, ankle, and foot shape. Underneath, a dual-density insole with impact-absorbing foam in the heel pocket cushions every landing. On the Maysis Wide, that combo means less hot spots, more shock absorption, and warmth from day one, with the liner molding better the more you ride.

What's the flex rating, and who should ride these?

These are a 7 out of 10 flex: medium-stiff. The Maysis Wide is built for intermediate to advanced all-mountain riders with wider feet. That stiffer flex resists washout when you're carving edge-to-edge or pushing into tough snow, while still offering enough give to land tricks and absorb bumps without fatigue.

How durable are these boots over a full season?

Built to last. The cuff is reinforced in high-wear zones where your leg moves most, the heel counter is injected urethane that rebounds without breaking down, and the outsole uses premium rubber with integrated foam to resist chatter and wear. On the Maysis Wide, all those materials working together mean you're looking at multiple seasons of solid performance if you ride hard and do basic care, not a fragile boot that needs babying.
