Mens Ghost Fase Snowboard Bindings - Bone White 2027 FAQ
What does binding flex change on snow?
The Ghost FASE has a flex rating of 5 out of 10 — right in the middle, so it's medium. On the Ghost FASE, that balanced flex handles park tricks and resort riding equally well, feeding back energy for presses without locking your feet in. Medium flex also lets you absorb bumps and variable snow, so you're not getting arm-pump from constant chatter on your way down.
What is the highback for?
The Ghost FASE has a specific highback tuned for the Ghost binding — it lets you twist and adjust it more freely than rigid designs. On the Ghost FASE, that tweak-ability means you can dial the highback angle to match your stance preference, so heel-side turns feel snappy and responsive exactly how you want them, without fighting a locked-in piece.
What does forward lean actually do?
The Ghost FASE lets you adjust the forward lean — the angle the highback leans toward your leg. On the Ghost FASE, dialing in forward lean bends your knees a bit more and speeds up heel-side turns, giving you sharper control on groomers and technical runs. Too much lean fatigues your legs, so you tune it to what feels natural over a full day.
What does the baseplate material change?
The Ghost FASE uses a one-piece platform with integrated fiberglass — the MonoFrame™ chassis. On the Ghost FASE, that solid, unified construction creates a direct connection from your foot straight to the board, cutting out flex in the binding itself. You get snappier response and a more connected feel, like the binding nearly disappears under you.
