Product Description
Built for riders who refuse to choose between the park and the mountain, the Evil Twin+ is the premium evolution of Bataleon's iconic twin tip. A medium-camber 3BT platform delivers locked-in precision and explosive pop, while a Super Ultra Light Core and Carbon SuperTube keep weight low and snap high. Add carbon stringers and an aramid X-Ply layer and you get a park-forward all-mountain twin that plays hard without giving an inch on performance.

Evil Twin + Snowboard 2027 FAQ
Who is this board for, and what level do I need to be?
The Evil Twin+ is built for advanced to expert riders who want maximum park pop and precision. It's a 3D twin that handles both freestyle and resort terrain equally well. The medium-stiff flex and responsive construction demand rider commitment and skill to unlock, but reward you with snappy landings and locked-in carving.
Should I get a twin or a directional board?
The Evil Twin+ is a true 3D twin, so both ends are identical. That means you can ride regular or switch without setup changes, and it's equally playful up front or backward. The tradeoff is powder: while it's better than directional twins (60% pow score), it won't float like a setback or directional freeride board.
How stiff should my board be, and what does flex actually change on snow?
At 6/10, the Evil Twin+ is medium-stiff, not a noodle but not a tank either. It feels energetic and responsive underfoot, giving you precise edge control at speed while staying playable in the park. The carbon reinforcement adds pop without sluggishness, so you get quick rebounds off landings and snappier carves without fighting the board.
What makes a base fast — extruded vs. sintered?
The Evil Twin+ uses Nano Speed S, a sintered base that's race-grade—the same formula on competition ski boards. Sintered bases are faster because they're porous and soak up wax deep into the material, creating a slicker surface. You'll need to wax it regularly, but you'll feel the speed difference on firm snow and at high pace.
What do carbon stringers or carbon additives do for the ride?
The Evil Twin+ has two carbon technologies: carbon stringers for pop and quick edge response, plus a hollow carbon tube down the middle for explosive pop without making the board sluggish or torsionally stiff. The aramid layer adds torsional stiffness so carves stay locked without deadening the freestyle feel. Result: snappy energy with crisp edge response.
