The T32M XLT FASE is ThirtyTwo's most responsive binding, engineered for riders who demand instant edge-to-edge authority on every transition. A stiff carbon fiber highback fires back with precision, while the nylon/glass fiber baseplate keeps you locked into the mountain. The FASE fast-entry system strips the hassle from strapping in without sacrificing a single degree of control. Built for advanced and expert all-mountain riders who want to push harder, farther, and faster.

T32M Xlt Fase Snowboard Bindings 2027 FAQ
What's the flex, and what terrain are these built for?
These sit at 8 out of 10 stiff, with a carbon fiber highback that locks down edge-to-edge response. The T32M XLT excels everywhere you push hard: all-mountain terrain and responsive carving score 5 out of 5, powder runs handle 4 out of 5. Park and tricks are not the focus here, so you're riding a pure hard-pack and variable snow specialist.
What makes the entry/exit system faster or easier?
The FASE system eliminates the manual highback lever. Your boot steps in, an AutoBack strap closes automatically. Your heel lifts, it opens just as fast. The ankle ladder stays connected for one-handed ratcheting, and the toe strap locks in place once you set it. No special boot needed, and you get in and out in seconds without fiddling.
What are the baseplates and ratchets made of?
The baseplate is nylon reinforced with glass fiber, canted forward three degrees to angle your foot naturally and boost board feel. Aluminum ratchets with stainless steel hardware keep the binding light but tough. The TPU footbed and gas pedal transfer board vibrations directly to your feet for instant feedback on what the board is doing.
Are these adjustable for different boot lengths?
The FastStrap is an extra-long ankle ladder that dials in fit across a full range of boot sizes. The locked-in toe strap sets once and stays put, and a medium flex TPU ankle strap molds to your boot shape. Between the gas pedal underfoot and those three adjustment points, you can dial fit precisely without needing a different binding size.
How responsive are these compared to softer bindings?
The stiff carbon highback and glass fiber baseplate transfer every edge movement straight to the board with no flex delay. Softer bindings absorb and dissipate that energy. On the T32M XLT, you feel the snow micro-textures and control carves to within inches. That responsiveness demands good technique but rewards precision.
