Should I get a twin or a directional board?
The Sidewinder is directional, which means the nose is wider than the tail with the bindings set back 0.8 inches. This shape makes it super efficient going downhill and gives you more float in powder. You lose some switch-riding comfort compared to a twin, but you gain responsiveness and power from nose to tail. If carving and descending matter more than riding backwards, directional is your setup.
