Product Description
The Blade Pro is Nidecker's sharpest carving weapon, rebuilt with top-shelf materials for riders who demand nothing short of maximum edge hold. The N-12000 Graphite base runs faster than anything else in the lineup, while Carbon Cell underfoot and Titanium Boosters channel every degree of lean into instant, explosive response. This is a resort board for experts who carve like they mean it.

Blade Pro Snowboard 2027 FAQ
Is the Blade Pro only for expert carvers, or can an advanced intermediate handle it?
The Blade Pro is genuinely expert-only. It's rated Pro-Stiff at 5/5 on Nidecker's flex scale, full camber, directional shape with 30 mm setback, and a resort-only focus (Resort 5/5, Pow 1/5, Park 1/5). If you're not already confident carving at speed on hardpack and committing fully to your edges, this board will work against you rather than with you.
What makes the Blade Pro faster than other carving boards?
The Blade Pro uses Nidecker's N-12000 Graphite base, their fastest-ever sintered graphite base. Graphite in the sintered matrix reduces friction further than standard sintered bases and holds wax extremely well. Combined with the Power Core's stiff energy transmission and Titanium Boosters for instant response, it accelerates out of turns faster than most boards in this category.
Will the Blade Pro hold an edge when I really push it?
That's what it's built for. The Blade Pro combines full camber (maximum edge contact), Carbon Cell (a carbon structure underfoot for stability under load), and Titanium Boosters for instant power transfer to the edge. The Triax Plus fiberglass keeps it torsionally stiff so you get precise, predictable grip even when you push hard into a high-speed turn.
The Blade Pro is directional — how does it ride compared to a twin carving board?
The Blade Pro is directional with 30 mm setback across all sizes. The weight stays behind center, which loads the tail for explosive exit out of carved turns. Combined with camber and a race-inspired geometry, this gives it a very different feel from twin carvers — more aggressive, more front-to-back leverage, not intended for switch.
I'm between the 158 and the 160W — which one is right for me?
The 158 (254 mm waist) fits riders 65–90 kg (145–200 lbs) and suits standard boot sizes up to roughly a size 10. The 160W (280 mm waist) fits 75–95 kg (165–210 lbs) and has a notably wider waist — suited to larger boot sizes or riders who prefer more stability underfoot. Note the 160W also has a much deeper sidecut at 9.2 m vs. 7.8 m, giving it a wider, more flowing arc.
Will my standard bindings mount on the Blade Pro?
Yes. The Blade Pro uses a 4x2/6 insert pattern, compatible with all standard binding discs. Burton Channel bindings are not directly compatible and require an adapter disc. Stance positions are fixed to the insert locations.
How much base maintenance does the N-12000 Graphite base need?
The N-12000 Graphite is a high-porosity sintered base that waxes up fast and holds it well, but it needs consistent waxing to stay at its best. For a carving-focused board ridden hard on groomed snow, waxing every 3–5 days of riding is realistic. Graphite bases can be stone-ground and re-waxed like any sintered base.
