Product Description
Built for advanced skiers who demand precision without sacrificing ankle comfort, the S/Pro Alpha C Boa 120 pairs Salomon's ExoDrive construction with a cuff-mounted BOA dial to redefine energy delivery in a 98mm last. The 3rd cuff overlap locks the heel with unified flex, while the Powerlink reinforcement transmits every input directly to the ski. A focused, high-performance boot for skiers ready to push harder.

S/Pro Alpha C Boa 120 Ski Boots 2027 FAQ
I have a narrow foot — is the 98mm last on the Alpha going to fit without gaps?
Yes. The 98mm last on the S/Pro Alpha C BOA 120 is the narrowest in the S/PRO line, built precisely for low-volume, narrow feet that tend to swim in a 100 or 102mm shell. The ExoDrive construction and 3rd cuff overlap reinforce that snug wrap, keeping your foot locked in place rather than shifting inside a boot that's too wide.
What does ExoDrive actually do, and is it just marketing?
ExoDrive is a structural shell feature on the S/Pro Alpha C BOA 120: a 3rd cuff overlap adds plastic material at the ankle that improves how the cuff and shell move together when you flex. It's paired with a Powerlink metallic connector between the cuff and shell, which tightens that link and adds measurable transmission of energy. The result is a more direct, unified flex rather than a sloppy hinge point at the ankle.
The BOA is on the cuff — what does that change compared to a shell-mounted BOA?
On the S/Pro Alpha C BOA 120, the BOA dial is cuff-mounted (C BOA), so it tightens the upper part of the boot around your shin and lower leg rather than the foot. Your foot is locked in by 2 aluminum buckles below. This split-zone approach lets you tune forward lean and cuff pressure independently from the fit around your foot.
What flex is 120 — is it too stiff for most recreational skiers?
A 120 flex is a firm, performance-oriented rating suited for confident advanced skiers who ski aggressively and at speed. The S/Pro Alpha C BOA 120 is the mid-flex model in the Alpha C BOA range (the 130 is above it). If you're an intermediate or casual skier, the 110 or 100 in this family will be more comfortable and easier to manage all day.
Will these work with my current bindings?
The S/Pro Alpha C BOA 120 ships with GripWalk soles premounted (ISO 23223), compatible with GripWalk-certified bindings and standard alpine ISO 5355 bindings. Confirm GripWalk certification on your bindings before mounting if they're more than a few seasons old.
What sizes are available, and how heavy is the boot?
The S/Pro Alpha C BOA 120 is available from 24.5 to 30.5 Mondopoint, a slightly narrower range than the Supra models. One boot weighs 1940 g at reference size. Note the size range starts at 24.5 rather than 24.0, so very small feet may need to look at the Supra instead.
