The board compartment is 360-degree padded and tarp-lined, cushioning the edges and base from impact whether you're checking it on a flight or tossing it in the trunk. That's the same padding level used on Dakine's wheeled Low Roller bag, just built into a lighter, non-wheeled shell.
What size should I buy for my board?
The Tour comes in 157 cm, 165 cm, and 175 cm lengths, sized to your board length rather than your height. Since there's no wheeled base padding out the interior, size closely to your actual board length for the snuggest, most protective fit.
How do I carry it since it doesn't have wheels?
It comes with a removable, padded adjustable shoulder strap plus a top carry handle and a separate end handle, so you can sling it, hand-carry it, or grab it from either end when loading a car or overhead bin. That's more carry options than a simple sleeve bag.
Can I lock it?
